The Code of Conduct is general standards of service to be provided at all times to clients and lenders alike.


Integrity

Credit Advisers will observe high standards of honesty and integrity in conducting their business and in the provision of services.


Objectivity

Credit Advisers will recommend the product which best suits the client’s needs and disclose to the client any limitation on their ability to provide objective services.


Competence

Credit Advisers will provide competent service and advise and maintain the necessary knowledge and skill to continue to do so in those areas in which the Credit Adviser is engaged.


Fairness

Credit Advisers will provide services in a fair, reasonable and timely manner.


Diligence

Credit Advisers will act with due skill and with due care and diligence in the provision of services.
